We will not process or issue any refunds for requests received **after 12 hours** from the time of purchase. It is the user's responsibility to ensure their request is submitted within the specified timeframe.
2. Plan Changes and Upgrades
All service plan purchases are considered final. Please note the following conditions regarding plan changes:
- Purchased plans cannot be converted or exchanged for other plans.
- If you wish to upgrade or change to a different plan, you must purchase the new plan at its full price.
- The amount paid for a previous or existing plan is **non-refundable** and cannot be used as credit towards the purchase of a new plan.
3. Fraudulent Activity
We maintain a strict policy against fraudulent activity. If our system detects any form of fraud, misuse, or violation of our terms of service associated with your account, we reserve the right to **immediately block or terminate your account**. In such cases, **no refund** will be provided for any remaining balance or active subscriptions.
4. How to Request a Refund
